1. When the LED screen starts, it prompts that the large screen system is not found or communication error occurs?

This is because the serial communication line is not connected with the large screen system or the communication line is not connected properly. Please check the communication line.  

2. How can the LED display screen change the position and size of the playback window?  

To change the position and size of the screen, you must first enter the software settings, set the position of the playback window to any position, and then enter the positioning coordinates and screen size, or drag the playback window with the mouse to change the position and size. See "Software Settings" for details.

3. How does the LED display automatically run and play the specified file?  

First, you must enter software settings, and select all three options automatically set.  

4. How do I modify and edit an existing file (. lsd) on the LED display?  

Click the "Open" button to open the file, and click the "Allow Editing" button to enter the editing status and edit. See "Program Production" for details.
